One of the top secrets to getting and staying lean

This is how you do it! You want to get lean and stay lean? Build/maintain lean muscle mass and keep a low bodyfat? Meal preparation is key. Make 'em all Sunday and stick them in the fridge for the week. Take them to work, school, wherever.

Here Eric prepared scrambled eggs(protein, good fats), cottage cheese(protein) and pineapple(good carb), ground turkey(protein) and spinach(veggie), ground chicken(protein) and chick peas(good carb).
