Good post-run meal from Brian in Denver. Tuna(protein) mixed with some lite mayo, hot sauce and olive oil(good fats). Also a couple rice cakes(good post-workout carb) with natural peanut butter(good fats, some protein).
This is how you do it! You want to get lean and stay lean? Build/maintain lean muscle mass and keep a low bodyfat? Meal preparation is key. Make 'em all Sunday and stick them in the fridge for the week. Take them to work, school, wherever.
